Privacy & Terms
28gulan.com · Last updated: 2 October 2026
In short: you can always play as a guest. If you choose to make an account, we store only your name, email,
player name and avatar. We keep very little about you,
we don't record voice chat, we don't sell your data, and we are not responsible for what other
players say in chat or on voice. The site is meant for people aged 13 and over.
1. Who this is for
The card and board games on this site are free for everyone to look at and to play against the
computer bots. The social features — table chat, voice chat and public comments — are intended for
people aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, please play against the bots and do not use chat,
voice or comments, and do not give out personal details.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or
guardian and believe a child has shared personal information with us, please tell us (see
“Contact”) and we will remove it.
2. Optional accounts
You never need an account to play. If you create one (with an email address or "Sign in with Google"), we store
only: your name, email address, player name, avatar (and your photo, if you upload one —
it is shrunk to a small square picture), a scrambled (hashed) password if you chose email sign-up, and when you
joined and last played. We use your email only to confirm your address and to send password-reset links — never for
advertising, and we do not sell or share it. We keep a small sign-in cookie in your browser so you stay signed in.
You can delete your account yourself at any time from your profile (this removes your name, email and photo),
or ask us to. Accounts whose email was never confirmed are removed automatically after 3 days.
3. What is stored on your own device
To make the games work, your browser stores things like your player name, chosen avatar, game
settings, saved games and the ID that lets you rejoin a table after a refresh (browser storage /
cookies). This stays on your device. You can erase it at any time by clearing this site's data in
your browser settings.
4. What our server handles
- Your player name and avatar — shown to the other players at your table. Names containing
abusive words are not accepted.
- Game results and leaderboards — names and results of games may appear on leaderboards.
- Table chat — messages are visible to the players at that table. Recent messages are kept
with the table for a limited time so someone who reconnects can catch up. Abusive words are masked
automatically, but the filter is not perfect.
- Public comments — if you choose to leave a comment, it is stored so we can read and answer it.
Please don't put personal details in a comment.
- Visitor log (fair play) — to spot cheating, we keep an admin-only log of visits with an
approximate location derived from your IP address, for up to 90 days. It is backed up so it survives
server restarts. It is not used for advertising.
- Accounts — there is no sign-up or login at the moment; guest play is all there is. If
sign-in is added later, this page will be updated first.
We do not sell your information.
5. Voice chat
- Voice goes directly between the players on a call (peer-to-peer). We do not record it and we do not
store it.
- To connect the call, browsers use helper (relay) servers that may briefly handle connection data,
such as IP addresses, while the call is running. We do not keep voice audio.
- Everyone on the call can hear you. We are not responsible for what other players say or do,
on voice or in chat. Don't share personal details such as your real name, phone number or address.
- You can leave voice at any time by tapping the mic button again.
House rules for chat and voice
- Be respectful. No hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats or discrimination — including
about religion, caste, race, gender, nationality, disability or language.
- Keep personal details private. Never share your phone number, home address, school,
workplace, passwords or photos of yourself with people you don't know.
- Chat, voice and comments are for people aged 13 and over.
- If someone makes you uncomfortable, switch your mic off, leave the table, and tell us at
blessonjohny@gmail.com — we can remove players and tables.
6. Terms of use
- The games are free and use virtual points and chips only — no real money is played for or won.
- Be respectful. Abuse, harassment, hate speech, cheating or sharing others' personal information
may get you removed from a table or blocked.
- Chat, voice, names and comments are created by players, not by us. We don't check them in advance
and are not responsible for them, but we may remove content or players.
- The site is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or error-free.
Play at your own risk. We may change or stop parts of the site at any time.
- If we change these terms or the privacy notice, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
7. Your choices
- Clear this site's data in your browser to remove everything stored on your device.
- Play offline against the bots to avoid all interaction with other people.
- Ask us to remove a comment or other information you gave us (see “Contact”).
